In order to start using Privacy-Now, you will have to do some preliminary steps.
Create users
With the left menu, go to user management and create, update user information. For more information about users, see also Users & Groups.
Create groups
You may decide to update, create existing groups. To do this, use the left menu entry. Remember that groups can be assigned to the four profiles available in the managed processes and that the profiles determines the privileges when using Privacy-Now and performing tasks. Review and update master data tables
You have to update the master data used in process records. For more information about groups see also Settings.
