In order to start using Privacy-Now, you will have to do some preliminary steps.


1) Create users

With the left menu, go to user management and create, update user information. For more information about users, see also Users & Groups.


2) Create groups

You may decide to update, create existing groups. To do this, use the left menu entry. Remember that groups can be assigned to the four profiles available in the managed processes and that the profiles determines the privileges when using Privacy-Now and performing tasks. For more information about groups see alsto Users & Groups.


3) Review and update master data tables

In this step, you will update the master data used in process records. For more information about master data management see also Settings.


4) Finalize application settings

Review and update the application settings. For more information about master data management see also Settings.


After you have completed these steps, you are ready to start with.....
